A bit of a breather for Corporates!
Yesterday, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Government of India extended the date for Filing Form CSR 2 for FY 2020-21 for all eligible companies to 31 May 2022.
The earlier deadline was 31 March 2022.
Form CSR 2 filling needs to be diligently planned. Watch this space for more updates on this.
