- CSR Concept and Overview
- CSR Laws & amendments till date
- CSR Project Cycle and its Sustainability through CSR
- Accounting, audit, and expense management of CSR
The key focus was how Agarwal Coal could embed effective CSR Compliance as part of their CSR governance. This would enable them to focus fully on Impact. If this were to happen, a business case to CSR would evolve for the company wherein it’s brand image would also get enhanced. This is permitted under CSR Rules as long as there is no direct benefit to business through implementation of CSR.
Lakshyaa emphasized that Agrawal Coal CSR team as also their NGO partners require ongoing capacity building to achieve the above.
