Nikhil Pant

Founder, Lakshyaa

Nikhil, Founder Lakshyaa, is Former Chief Programme Executive, National Foundation for CSR, IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. He played a key role from the government side in the formulation and nation-wide rollout of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as per Section 135, Companies Act 2013 - Legislation, Rules, Policy, Strategy, Compliance (Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Reporting); he also specializes in CSR Grant Management, Monitoring & Evaluation Frameworks, Impact Assessment, Project Management etc., and is currently involved in “Compliance to Impact with Sustainability” advising to governments, corporates, NGOs, and Academia on CSR and Sustainable Development.

Lalit Pant

Lalit is a codecrafter, Software Architect, and Teacher based out of Dehradun, India. He spends his work/hobby time enjoying teaching computer programming and math to school-children, writing ebooks, and developing educational software. Lalit has worked as a professional programmer for many years – in roles all the way from junior programmer to CTO – designing and developing software for companies in the United States, Europe, and India.

Lalit holds multiple patents and is the creator of many open source projects including Kojo (a programming based learning environment), Tefla (a deep learning AI toolkit), and Jiva (a genetic algorithms library). Lalit has the following education qualification - B.Tech. IIT Kanpur, M.Tech. IIT Delhi

Dr. Surabhi Yadav

Dr Surabhi has more than a decade of experience in Corporate training, Capacity building, Implementation of CSR projects, content writing for CSR along with academic background, and strategy & policy formulation of development programmes.

She has hands on experience on Developing Courses and Programs in the field of CSR. Dr.Surabhi has done PhD in CSR.

Girish Saive

Girish is an experienced and certified CSR Consultant providing CSR services and advice since 2015. His on the ground presence and tireless efforts of coordinating with NGO partners and corporates is a key ingredient in the CSR domain. As an independent consultant he has access to a wide range of different opinions, people and ethnicities in India.

Abhilasha Joshi

Abhilasha is a Political Science graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University, and also holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the same institution. After completing her Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), she spent four years teaching Political Science and legal studies at well-established education institutes in India.

Mudit Pant

Mudit is heading Strategy and Lakshyaa Insights.

He holds a B.Sc. degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Trinity College, Hartford, CT, USA. At Trinity he was a member of the Squash team that won 2 National Championship Titles in USA. Mudit Represented India in Squash in U17 and U19 junior categories.

Vasu Sethia
