INTRODUCTION
Lakshyaa brings together a unique blend of experiences and competencies that are highly relevant for holistic and convergent development aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while ensuring effective
utilisation of CSR funds in compliance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. The company offers a combination of CSR compliance and social impact project expertise, technical proficiency in the development sector, and strong community connect.
Lakshyaa’s sister organisation, REACHA (founded in 1992 – www.reacha.org), shares the same leadership and has extensive experience in implementing projects across India, including in remote regions such as Kashmir and the Northeast. REACHA’s projects focus on stakeholder consultation, community need–based models of intervention, and action-oriented partnerships to implement social impact initiatives. The endeavour is to leverage government, market, and community partnerships to achieve sustainable impact.
The services provided by Lakshyaa are informed by REACHA’s extensive onground implementation experience, making them uniquely driven by practical, grassroots expertise within a robust CSR compliance framework.
